In partnership with LeanDog, I developed and instructed custom courses on Test Driven Development (TDD) and AI integration, aimed at enhancing code quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The courses included Intelligent Engineering with AI, ATDD-TDD-TypeScript, and TDD in C#, covering principles, practices, and practical exercises. MedaSync, a healthcare tech company, specializes in AI-driven software for MDS management and revenue integrity in Skilled Nursing Facilities. From April 2019 to June 2022, I developed an AWS serverless infrastructure and data pipelines, integrating NLP for efficient medical code extraction. This automation improved data accuracy, reduced manual workflows, and enhanced financial performance. Additionally, I created a Python Flask/React app for fuzzy searching prescriptions. These efforts optimized MedaSync’s operations and demonstrated the power of AI and serverless tech in healthcare.

From March 2018 to April 2019, I collaborated with UTA on projects to enhance their talent management processes and internal operations. Key projects included developing a call sheet application using React.js and Python Flask, creating a React Native employee directory app, and performing an ETL conversion for a new talent management system. These efforts streamlined workflows, improved data accessibility, and supported UTA's strategic objectives.
