We integrated insurance data using Kotlin Spring for the backend and TypeScript React for the front end, focusing on HIPAA compliance and efficient data management. Our team collaborated closely with Arrive Health, extending Terraform for infrastructure and applying Extreme Programming practices. This system enabled better-informed clinical decisions, significantly improving patient outcomes and demonstrating the innovative potential of Dev3loper.ai’s expertise in HealthTech and data integration.

Renalis, a healthcare tech company, focuses on FDA-cleared Prescription Digital Therapeutics (PDTs) for pelvic health disorders. As an Agile Technology Consultant (Jan-Mar 2022), I ensured HIPAA compliance, reviewed systems, and guided the development of CeCe®, a mobile therapeutic for overactive bladder. I introduced agile practices, improved team performance, and ensured regulatory adherence, aligning with Renalis' goal of delivering innovative, secure healthcare solutions.

Resoundant, a leader in medical technology, partnered with Dev3l Solutions to refine their agile practices and enhance team collaboration. Initially, we developed a licensing dashboard using the nVisti platform to manage MRI machine licenses efficiently. Following this success, I became an Agile Technical Coach, holding weekly sessions to implement XP practices, improve collaboration, and provide technical guidance. This engagement improved team performance, adoption of best practices, and product quality, demonstrating the power of agile methodologies and continuous improvement in healthcare technology.
MedaSync
MedaSync, a healthcare tech company, specializes in AI-driven software for MDS management and revenue integrity in Skilled Nursing Facilities. From April 2019 to June 2022, I developed an AWS serverless infrastructure and data pipelines, integrating NLP for efficient medical code extraction. This automation improved data accuracy, reduced manual workflows, and enhanced financial performance. Additionally, I created a Python Flask/React app for fuzzy searching prescriptions. These efforts optimized MedaSync’s operations and demonstrated the power of AI and serverless tech in healthcare.
Restore
Restore, a healthcare tech company enhances therapy in skilled nursing facilities with data-driven solutions. From March to July 2018, I developed a HIPAA-compliant MVP using React.js, Python (Eve), and SQL, integrating HTML5/Flash games with motion tracking. The platform allowed administrators to create custom therapy sessions with real-time feedback, boosting patient engagement and improving outcomes. The project highlighted the power of gamification and data insights in physical therapy.
